Official Rules
The 2-2-2 Getaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 28 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes.
Employees of Travel + Leisure Co., Brandmovers, Inc., ("Administrator"), ATL Hawks, LLC, Atlanta Hawks Management, LLC, Atlanta Hawks, L.P., Arena Sports Marketing, LLC, Arena Operations, LLC d/b/a State Farm Arena, The National Basketball Association ("NBA") and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, BKSE, T-Mobile US, Inc., Las Vegas Arena Owner, LLC (collectively with Sponsor the "Released Parties"), and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

The Sweepstakes will begin on November 7, 2025, and will end on May 21, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period will be broken out into six (6) separate entry pools for each Arena (defined in Official Rule #3 below), as follows (each, an "Entry Pool"):

To enter, visit the booth within the Kia Center, State Farm Arena, or T-Mobile Arena (hereinafter, each is an "Arena") during Sweepstakes Period, complete and submit the entry via digital form as provided at the booth to receive one (1) entry into that Arena's applicable Entry Pool's random drawing based on when the entry is submitted.
Entries must be received by the applicable Arena closing time by the End date listed in the chart in Official Rule #2 above to be eligible for the applicable Arena's Entry Pool's random drawing. Must be present at the Arena to enter. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issue relating to the entry.
Online Entry Form for Kia Center Arena: To enter via this method of entry, without visiting a Travel + Leisure Vacations location or Travel + Leisure Vacations -Sponsored event, visit (https://www.orlandoamoe.com) ("Website") to find, complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry into that Arena's applicable Entry Pool's random drawing based on when the entry is submitted.
Limit one (1) Online Entry via this method of entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Each random drawing will be conducted by Administrator from among all eligible entries received from the applicable Arena up to the date of the applicable random drawing, for a total of ten (10) Grand Prize winners during the entire Sweepstakes Period across all three (3) Arenas. Non-winning entries from any Entry Pool WILL carry over to subsequent applicable Arena's Entry Pool random drawings.
The potential winners will be notified by Administrator via email, sent to the email address associated with the potential winner's entry, on or about the day they are selected as a potential Grand Prize winner. The potential winner must respond to the winner notification message within 48 hours from Administrators sending the email to verify their entry information and eligibility. If any potential winner fails to respond to the initial winner notification within 48 hours, they forfeit their right to be deemed a Grand Prize winner and an alternate winner will be selected randomly from among all remaining eligible entries from that Entry Pool, at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Administrator will select up to three (3) alternate winners for each Entry Pool. If, after the initial Grand Prize winner and the three (3) alternates, the Administrator is still unable to verify a potential winner for that Grand Prize, that Grand Prize will not be awarded for that Entry Pool. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received in each Entry Pool.
There will be a total of five (5) Grand Prize winners from the Kia Center Arena, two (2) Grand Prize winners from the State Farm Arena, and three (3) Grand Prize winners from the T-Mobile Arena, as set forth under the Arena Prizes column of the Chart in Official Rule #2 above. The specific Grand Prize package depends on the applicable Arena's Entry Period's random drawing in which each winner is selected.

Seats are at Sponsor's sole discretion. The specific game or concert must be approved at Sponsor's sole discretion and is subject to ticket availability. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual ARV will not be awarded.
Flight Voucher: Travel voucher is eligible for flights booked by Club Wyndham Travel and may be booked for travel as far out as the desired vendor permits. Remaining travel balance is payable by credit/debit card. Other Club Wyndham Travel Vouchers and Club Wyndham points cannot be combined with this voucher. Eligible for single use; unused funds will be forfeited. Voucher is non-refundable and has no cash value. Reservation is subject to vendor policies. All monetary amounts are noted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Void where prohibited by law. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
Hotel Voucher: Travel voucher is eligible for pre-paid hotel or resort stays booked by Club Wyndham Travel. May be booked for travel as far out as the desired vendor permits. Remaining travel balance is payable by credit/debit card. Other Club Wyndham Travel Vouchers and Club Wyndham points cannot be combined with this voucher. Trip must be taken on the dates specified by Sponsor, or will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. All other expenses (including, without limitation, meals/beverages, telephone charges, optional excursions, spa treatments, souvenirs, gratuities and incidental charges, and all federal, state and local taxes (including applicable income taxes)) incurred are the winner's sole responsibility. Once made, travel dates are final and will not be extended. Trip is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize, or any portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value.
The winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary unless otherwise approved by Sponsor in its sole discretion and in such instances, Sponsor will not be responsible for any guest travel. Winner must have a valid credit card to check into the hotel for incidentals. Winner must be at least 28 years of age or older and have valid identification to travel. If the winner and/or their guest miss the initial departure as scheduled, the winner will forfeit the prize. If the winner and/or their guest are not present for the designated return flight, the winner is solely responsible for their return to their home airport.
Prize is subject to the policies, practices and procedures of the Arena, the hotel and the airline. All tickets are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions printed on the tickets. In the event the concert or game is postponed for any reason, Sponsor shall not be responsible for any rain checks or for the concert or game portion of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any flight delays or cancellations and in the event such delays or cancellations occur, winner may be required to forfeit their right to the Grand Prize.
In order to receive a Grand Prize, the potential winners will be required to verify their mailing address to Sponsor within 48 hours of being notified via email that they are a winner as described in Official Rule #4 above. Upon receipt of the winner verification response, Administrator will email the Grand Prize winner an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal), along with a W9 tax form (collectively, the "Release Documents") that each Grand Prize winner is required to complete and submit to Administrator within five (5) business days of Administrator emailing the Release Documents to the winner. In the event a potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the completed Release Documents within the five (5) day timeframe, that winner forfeits their right to the Grand Prize, and an alternate may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion as set forth in Official Rule #4 above.
Sponsor is not responsible for email that is not checked or delivered or goes into a SPAM folder, or for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, returned or any technical glitch associated with the emailing the notification, verification or Release Documents.
By participating, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's participation in this Sweepstakes, and acceptance or use or misuse of prize; (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of prize; and (d) allow Sponsor's use for promotional purposes of his/her likeness, voice and/or address (city/state) without any additional compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made pandemic or epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prize described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The Released Parties as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited, to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the participation process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of phone calls; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor and/or Administrator has the right to contact the entrant by phone, direct message, or email accounts provided on the entry form to administer and fulfill this Sweepstakes and, if you opt-in, to provide you with marketing communications in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy.
Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of Winner or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in Georgia under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Georgia state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Georgia law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Georgia. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.
The prize(s) offered under this Sweepstakes may be considered a "financial incentive" under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the "CCPA"). Generally, Sponsor does not assign monetary or other value to personal information. However, in the event Sponsor is required by law to assign such value in the context of this Game, Sponsor has valued the personal information collected and used as being equal to the value of the possible discount or financial incentive provided and the calculation of the value, in this case, is based upon a practical and good-faith effort involving the expenses associated with offering the incentives. The personal information categories collected may include identifiers such as your name, email address, zip code, mobile number and age range. By registering for and participating in this Game, you are opting in to receiving the financial incentive. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may opt in by following the entry or participation instructions provided. You have the ability to opt out of the Game at any time by cancelling your participation in the Game or submitting a privacy request through our opt-out form available at: privacy@travelandleisure.com
